The problem we set out to fix

Sourcing land in the UK means pulling threads from a dozen different places. Planning history sits on council portals. Sold prices sit with HM Land Registry. Flood risk sits with the Environment Agency. Ownership sits behind separate title downloads. Parcel boundaries sit in another dataset again. Anyone who sources land knows the routine, and knows how much time it burns.

We built Landhunt so that work happens on one map. Click a plot and the planning, ownership, comparables, constraints and boundary are already there. Less tab-juggling, faster decisions, fewer good sites missed.

What Landhunt does

Where the data comes from

Landhunt is built on trusted sources. Sold prices are HM Land Registry Price Paid Data. Flood zones come from the Environment Agency. Parcel boundaries are HM Land Registry INSPIRE Index Polygons. Planning data is sourced from local planning authorities. We bring these together rather than replace them, so you always know what you are looking at.

Landhunt covers England and Wales. It is a product of Huntsland Limited, a UK company.
